I bought this charm for Mother’s Day and my mom loved it. Only thing I did not like about my purchase was that I asked for a gift note and they printed it on my receipt and the charm came in a white baggy. The white baggy did not bother me as much as the gift note did! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called and they said there is nothing they could do after bring on hold for WELL OVER A HOUR!
