Pretty heart
It’s a nice lighter weight charm. There’s a fair bit of movement on the bracelet without clipping it into place. It’s a good size and the details are great.

Jewelry is fine but using Smart Gift needs work
I bought a charm for my granddaughter, Kerry, with Smart Gift and after a few glitches she received it. The next month I ordered another charm for my other granddaughter, Anna. I chose the charm And as soon as I submitted it it said she accepted it. I thought that was a little strange but I went ahead and paid for it. Then I kept getting messages to finish my order, I called and said I had already paid they saw that I did and since the order. The only problem was it was addressed to Kerry instead of Anna and it was the same charm as I had sent to Kerry. She had to go to the trouble of returning it for the one I had originally ordered. I will never use Smart Gift again. It’s a great idea but it definitely has some problems. The good news is it all worked out and they each got the charm they wanted
