Bad quality
I got this as a gift for Valentine’s Day last week and the clamp has come open twice on its own causing the charm to fall off. Luckily I was home and not outside where it could’ve been lost for good! Two of my friends had the same issue and now have to wear the charm upside down to avoid losing it!

Nice charm!
I received this charm as a gift from my daughter. It moved around quite a bit as well as the other Reflexion charms. I went into the store & we tried different charms until we found ones that were tight. This one is the only one that we're couldn't find a replacement for. I cut a small rubber band & placed it in side the charm, closed it & now it doesn't move either!!!! I LOVE THIS COLLECTION!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the problem with the charms...
