I just bought it today and it falls so easily... couldn't use it again as it already fell down twice... am scared I wouldn't find it again the next time around

It opens easy
it falls, I bought it a month ago in las vegas, the rose gold one, a week later I dropped it and I picked it up, last week I realized that I did not have it anymore.

Got it for Christmas, lost already. Received the bracelet and charms for my birthday in early December. One charm fell off almost immediately and now this one is gone.

Not secure
Bought last year at Christmas for my mother. First time she wore it it fell off and she lost it. She was riding in the car most if the day so not even moving around. Contacted pandora and got no response. Was about to buy her another one but see the same poor reviews. Not wasting my money again.
