Cute charm easily tarnishes
I love the look of this charm, but within a few months of purchasing the enamel has turned a yellow color and the rose gold has tarnished to silver. Polishing does not improve the look. I do not wear my bracelet every day and usually remove to clean, do dishes, etc. Very disappointed.

Incomplete item
I ordered this charm for my mom on Mother’s Day and the item arrived late ( despite the fact that I paid for 3 day shipping and was guaranteed to be delivered on time). When it finally arrived AFTER Mother’s Day, the item was defective /incomplete. The piece with the engraving was missing. When I called to complaint, I was told that the item was out of stuck and could not be replaced. Now my mom has to go through the hassle of filling out paperwork, sending invoice, sending pictures and returning the item and wait 15-21 business days before a refund can be issued. So, not only did she not get her gift but now has to remediate the issue CAUSED by Pandora. Another item that was purchased as part of the order never delivered. Never again will I spend my money on this product. Horrible customer service.

Really beautiful at first
I bought this for my mother on mother’s day and it started to turn yellow in a few months and nothing I do can turn the enamel back to white. Other than that it is really beautiful

Very Disappointed
I bought this after my mom passed away because I was looking for a special charm to symbolize my mom and it so happened that this charm had just came out. I saw it and loved it but maybe about a month later the white part turned yellowish and now dirty looking and the rose part is tarnished let alone the engraving is so small you can't even read it. I don't recommend this charm at all, this is the only sentimental charm I have on my bracelet and it turned out to be a disappointment and I can't even return it because it's been a year already.
