  • Pandora Club Members will receive the 10% Welcome Discount via email after their first purchase is completed as a new Pandora Club Member.
    The Welcome Discount is only available to Club Members who have opted in to receive newsletter emails.
  • To redeem your Welcome Discount offer online, ensure that you are logged in to your Pandora Club account at the time of purchase and have applied the coupon at checkout.
  • The 10% Welcome Discount will not be issued if the sign-up process (both in-store and online) has not been completed. The discount will only be received after the Pandora Club Member's first purchase is completed.
  • The Welcome Discount voucher may take 3–4 days to be emailed after purchase.
  • No minimum spend is required to receive the Welcome Discount.
  • The 10% Welcome Discount cannot be applied towards Engraving Service fees, gift sets, gift cards, e-gift cards, delivery costs, UNICEF items, and D100 items.
