Enjoy the convenience of shopping online and collecting your order for free at a participating Pandora store. Your order will be ready within 2 hours and held for 7 days from the time you receive your purchase confirmation email.
Need more time? Simply contact our Customer Service team to extend your pickup window by an additional 3 days.
Plus, you can choose to pay in instalments with Afterpay when using Click and Collect.

Select a store
Once you've found something you love, click ‘Select a Store’ on the product page, located just below the Add to Bag button. Alternatively, you can choose ‘In-Store Pickup’ as your delivery method during checkout.
Be notified
Once your order is ready for collection, we'll email to let you know. The current turnaround for Click and Collect orders is 2 hours. Be sure to bring your order collection email and photo ID into store.
Collect your order
Once in-store, show your collection email and photo ID to any of our styling experts who will be able to assist you with collecting your order, as well as style tips! If your order is not collected within seven days, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
