In-store and online engraving differ in their final look and feel, as each of them uses a different engraving technique - mechanical and laser. This means that there can be a subtle difference in the final look and feel of the engraving, depending on which method was used.

Where can I get Pandora Engraving service?

Engraving service is currently available at selected Pandora Concept Stores only. Please use the Store Locator to find your nearest location.

How do I engrave a photo or a drawing with Pandora's engraving service?

Accepted Answer

After you pick your piece, select the ‘Photo and Draw’ function and upload your photo or drawing. Edit it, add a drawing, message or symbol and preview the finished piece before adding it to your cart.

How much does Pandora engraving cost?

Accepted Answer

Our engraving service costs a flat fee of $20, whether you choose to engrave both sides of your piece or just one.

Can you return an engraved piece?

Accepted Answer

As adding an engraving is a service that's entirely personal and tailored to your wishes exclusively, engraved pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. If we've made a mistake or you're not happy with your engraving for any other reason, please consult a member of staff to find a solution or contact our customer service team.
