• The Pandora Club Anniversary Offer is valid for Pandora Club Australia members only.
• Offer available on full-priced jewellery items only. Excludes sale items.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
• The Pandora Club Anniversary Discount is limited to one use per customer within a 12 month period, only, within 90 days from the date of their Pandora Club Anniversary. Your store must process this sale as one transaction. The offer can only be used at one Pandora concept store.
• Offer valid for 90 days from the day of your Pandora Club Anniversary or the expiry date stated on Pandora Club Anniversary email you receive, whichever is earlier (for example for anyone with a Pandora Club join date of 1st January 2019, the offer will be valid between 1st January 2020 – 30th March 2020).
• Your Pandora Club Anniversary offer can only be redeemed by you and cannot be used by any other person on your behalf. Your Pandora club account, or the benefits of your Pandora club account cannot be accessed by anyone other than you.
• Pandora Club Anniversary discount is not offered with the purchase of Pandora gift card or e-gift card.
• Offer is valid when a Pandora gift card or e-gift card is redeemed.
• Offer is valid on Afterpay purchases if Afterpay is available in the store of purchase. Afterpay is available in participating Pandora Concept Stores.
• Eligible Pandora Club membership details must be supplied at the point of purchase. Offer will not be applied retrospectively for purchases made during eligibility period that were not linked to your Pandora Club account at the time of purchase.
• If an item/items purchased as part of the Pandora Club Anniversary offer are returned or exchanged, the offer will not become available for use again.
• For change of mind returns, applicable refunds provided will reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the receipt.
