Engraving is available both online and in-store at Pandora. In-store engraving is quick and easy—typically taking just a few minutes, about the time it takes to grab a coffee.
However, please note that each store has only one engraving machine, so during busy gifting periods, there may be a short wait.
If you choose to engrave your item online, the service will be added to your order before delivery. Just keep in mind that online engraving adds one additional business day to the order processing time.
Please note: Online Engraving and the photo upload feature are exclusive to online. These services are only available for delivery and cannot be collected in-store.
