| ACCOUNT LOG IN ISSUES If you can't log in using the password you previously set, please reset your password clicking the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email within a couple of minutes please check your junk/spam/promotions inbox. If you don't recall the email address you signed up with, please create a new account using your email address. If you have a Pandora account in another country, you will see a message appear when you attempt to log in. The message will ask if you would like to change your location. Click ‘continue’ to change the country you are registered to, or ‘cancel’ to stay registered in the original country. If you remain registered in another country you will be unable to log in. If you are registered in another country the store team will be unable to locate your account in store. If you’re unable to change your location when you sign in on the website please send us an email. If you’re unable to log in to the website, but you currently receive Pandora Club email newsletters from us, you may not have registered for a full website account. To do so, follow the steps to “Become a member”.
