By placing the order, you accept the terms and conditions of our jewellery customisation service and agree to not use any profanities or any design, trademarks, copyrights, or any other kind of intellectual property assets owned and/or protected by a third party.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Engraving fee available from 10th November 2025 at AU/NZ$22 on Pandora Engraving product.
- Engraving service available in selected stores and online in Australia and New Zealand.
- Engraving service available from now until further notice.
- Engraving is only applicable to Pandora engravable products.
- Pandora’s Change of Mind Policy does not apply to engraved products. All engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Pandora is not liable for errors that are the result of customer customisation.
- All Online engraving services will incur an additional 1 business day to expected shipment date.
- Pandora reserves the right to refuse any engraving order that, in Pandora’s discretion may contain profanities, may be deemed offensive, or may infringe intellectual property of a third party.
- Promotional offers including the Pandora Club Birthday, Anniversary, and Welcome discount will not apply to Engraving fee.
