TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Pandora 10% Welcome Offer is available to new Pandora Club Members who subscribe to receive marketing emails (e-newsletters).
2. The following requirements needs to be met to be eligible to receive the Welcome discount:
- Signed up for a Pandora Club account via au.pandora.net.
- Opted in to receive newsletter emails; and
- Completed their first purchase online while signed in to their Club account.
3. The Welcome Discount code will be sent via email within 3–4 business days after the first eligible online purchase is completed.
4. The 10% discount is valid for use on the customer’s second purchase only.
5. To redeem the discount online, customers must be logged in to their Pandora Club account and enter the coupon code at checkout.
6. The Welcome Discount can also be redeemed in-store on a second purchase.
7. No minimum spend is required to receive or redeem the Welcome Discount.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
9. The 10% discount cannot be applied to:
- Engraving services.
- Gift sets.
- Gift cards or e-gift cards.
- Delivery fees; or
- UNICEF charity items.
10. The Welcome Discount is single-use only and is non-transferable.
11. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.
12. If any item purchased using the Welcome Discount is returned or exchanged, the discount will not be reissued or reinstated.
13. Refunds for Change of Mind returns will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied, as shown on the invoice.
14. Pandora’s standard Change of Mind Returns & Refunds Policy applies, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. The Welcome Discount can be used with Afterpay if it is offered in the store or online at the time of purchase.
16. This offer is valid only in Australia and New Zealand.
17. Pandora reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer or its terms at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
