Updating an Online Order


Please take care when placing an online order as we are unable to edit it once it is placed.

If you have entered an incorrect email address for your online order, please contact our helpful Consumer Experience team a\via aunzsupport.pandora.net so that we can send your confirmation and tracking emails to the correct email address.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address for your online order we can only have a very small window in which we may be able to edit it. If your order has already been despatched, you will need to request mail redirection with Australia Post directly by creating a MyPost account and requesting a mail redirection.
