HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we are unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel once it has been submitted.

Incorrect Email Address
If you’ve entered the wrong email address, please contact our Customer Experience team here. We can update your email so that you receive your order confirmation and tracking details.

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, there may be a very short window for us to make changes before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been sent, you will need to request a mail redirection directly through Australia Post by creating a MyPost account and submitting a redirection request.
