We recommend that your jewellery is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. To ensure that your jewellery stays in good condition, store it in a tarnish-resistant jewellery box or pouch, away from direct sunlight. Contact with make-up, creams and perfume should be avoided and jewellery should not be worn in water or while working up a sweat, as this can cause tarnishing.

To clean your jewellery, use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to gently wash it. Dry your jewellery with a microfibre towel and polish with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid using silver dips, polishing liquid and strong chemicals.

Most Pandora Concept stores offer complimentary cleaning for all Pandora jewellery. We also offer Care Kits, which contain everything you need to keep your jewellery sparkling.

Moments snake chain bracelets can be filled completely with charms, while Moments bangles can filled to about halfway.

Sliding Moments bracelets can fit up to 6 charms.

Reflexions bracelets can fit 5-7 clip charms.

Single Leather bracelets can fit 3-4 charms, while the Double Leather bracelets can fit 5-7 charms.

The Pandora Me link bracelet can hold a maximum of 8 charms per link, while the Pandora Me snake chain bracelet and bangle can hold up to 30 charms.
 

A bracelet or bangle will be a perfect fit when you can fit two fingers between the bracelet and your wrist. We recommend measuring your wrist and adding 1-2cm to allow for charms.

It’s best to start with a snake chain bracelet that fits snugly, as these will stretch over time as you add charms.

We recommend that you wear Pandora Reflexions bracelets closer to your wrist, as the matching charms are flatter in shape and don’t take up as much space. A close fit will also stop the charms from flipping around. As Pandora Reflexions bracelets don’t stretch in the same way over time as Moments bracelets do, a perfect fit would be half a finger to a finger’s width of space between your wrist and the bracelet. Of course, for style reasons, if you wish to wear your bracelet looser, you may do so.

We have two bracelet concepts that can be worn with charms:

Moments

Moments charms can only be worn on a Moments bracelet. These charms have threading designed for Moments bracelets.

Reflexions

Reflexions clip charms are designed to be clipped onto Reflexions bracelets.

It is important to remember to wear charms only on their corresponding bracelets to prevent damage and keep your jewellery under warranty.

Pandora Me

Pandora Me micro charms can only be worn on Pandora Me bracelets or bangles.

We recommend that you only use genuine Pandora charms on your Pandora bracelet to avoid risk of damaging your bracelet.
 

Jewellery should be stored in a tarnish-resistant jewellery box or pouch and kept away from abrasive surfaces or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Freshwater and cultured pearls and leather should be stored away from direct sunlight or strong lighting to prevent fading.

The white Pandora gift boxes are not made for long-term storage, as they are not airtight.

Moments Sliding Bracelets: Unlock the bracelet on one side by pressing the button lock. Add your charms, then click the lock back into place.

Moments Padlock Bracelets: Unlock the padlock by pressing the button lock on the side and unlinking it from the bracelet. Add your charms and simply lock the padlock onto the bracelet again.

Moments and Essence Open Bangles: Simply push and twist one of the end caps and add your charms. To resecure the end cap, twist it in the opposite direction to which you opened it and push.

Moments and Leather Bracelets: Place your fingernail in the groove of the clasp and push. To close the bracelet, place the tip of the bracelet into the groove on the barrel and click shut.

Reflexions Bracelet: To open Pandora Reflexions bracelets, place your fingernail in the groove of the clasp and twist gently. To close, place the rounded tip of the bracelet back into the clasp.

Pandora Me Bracelets: To open Pandora Me bracelets, place your fingernail in the groove of the clasp and push. To close the bracelet, place the tip of the bracelet into the groove on the barrel and click shut.

Important Tip: Never use tools to open your bracelet. Only use your fingernail or a clasp opener, available in our Care Kits.

Once you’ve opened your Pandora bracelet, you can add your charms. Moments charms will simply thread onto a Moments bracelet. However, some Moments charms will slide over the threading, while others will need to be twisted on.

Reflexions clip charms simply clip onto a Reflexions bracelet.

To add charms to the Pandora Me link bracelet, open one of the bracelet's textured hinges by pushing the hinge and slide your charms on. You can add charms to your Pandora Me snake chain bracelet or bangle by simply sliding them on.

Remember to secure your charm styling with a safety chain and to ensure your bracelet is closed properly.
