HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FROM MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?

Click and collect purchases may be returned in any Australian Pandora Concept Store or directly through Pandora's online store. Please note, Afterpay purchases cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by mail. Paypal purchases may be exchanged in-store but cannot be refunded in-store and must be returned by mail.
