PANDORA AUSTRALIA RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your new purchase is not suitable, we offer the below returns and exchange policy. This change of mind policy only applies in Australia and may not be available for other international markets. If you believe your items are faulty, you have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Pandora Warranty and Consumer Law that are not limited to this policy.

Independent jewellery stores that sell Pandora jewellery will have their own returns and exchange policy which may be different from that set out below. If you did not purchase from the Pandora Online Store or a Pandora concept store please contact the individual retailer for further information.
PANDORA CHANGE OF MIND, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPAIRS POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• If you change your mind, items excluding any Pandora Gift Card and engraved item may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if:
• You have proof of purchase
• Items are genuine Pandora Items
• Items were purchased in an Australian Concept store**
• Items are in saleable condition
• Items are returned within 30 days
• *Proof of purchase in the form of a gift receipt, will be eligible for an exchange, or refund onto a Pandora Gift Card.
• **Items purchased at Pandora Outlet Stores may only be returned to the original store of purchase.
• Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. If the original form of payment is no longer available, you will have a choice of a refund onto a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange.
• Some independent franchised Pandora Concept Stores may not be able to process refund for items purchased online or from another Pandora Concept Store. Please contact Pandora Customer Center for refund in such instances.
• ALIPAY AND WECHAT PAY PURCHASES: Items purchased in store using Alipay or WeChat Pay may only be exchanged or returned at the original store of purchase.
• AFTERPAY PURCHASES: Items purchased online using Afterpay may only be returned by post directly to Pandora’s online store by simply filling out the returns form found here https://return.auspost.com.au/PANDORA or email us via [email protected]
• Items purchased in store using Afterpay may be exchanged or returned at any Pandora Concept Store with one exception. Afterpay purchases at DFO Homebush and DFO South Wharf must be returned to the store of purchase. Purchases made before or after this period are not eligible for this offer.
• ONLINE PURCHASES:
• Items purchased online (excluding Afterpay) may be returned in any Australian Pandora Concept Store (subject to any exception stated in this policy) or directly through Pandora’s online store. Please visit www.pandora.net for full online store terms and conditions.
• If you have purchased online using Apple Pay or PayPal, we will gladly offer you a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange if you change your mind. We regret that our Pandora Concept stores are unable to process a refund for Apple Pay or PayPal.
• If you have purchased in store using an Ultimate Style Gift Card, we will gladly offer you a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange if you change your mind.
PANDORA GIFT CARDS AND ENGRAVED ITEMS
• Pandora does not offer exchanges or refunds for Pandora Gift Cards or engraved products if you change your mind and later decide you don’t like or want them. Our change of mind policy does not apply to Pandora Gift Cards or engraved products.
FAULTY ITEMS
• If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the terms of Pandora’s Warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law.
• If you have purchased a genuine Pandora item which is defective, you can choose to have it repaired elsewhere during the Warranty Period and Pandora will pay you reasonable costs of the repair.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT REPAIRS
• Pandora does not provide repair facilities or spare parts, or offer any repair to any Pandora product. Pandora will offer a replacement or refund for genuine Pandora items exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period subject to certain conditions and exclusions.
• You have other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Pandora’s Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, limit or override your rights under that law.
