Independent jewellery stores that sell Pandora jewellery will have their own exchange policy for change of mind which may be different from that set out below.  If you did not purchase from the Pandora Online Store or a Pandora concept store then contact your retailer for further information. 

 

These change of mind policies only apply in Australia and may not be available in other international markets. If you believe your items are faulty, you have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Pandora Warranty and Consumer Law that are not limited by this change of mind policy. 


Change of Mind, Returns and Refund Policy for purchases made online via au.pandora.net

ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND


Pandora will exchange or refund any items purchased within 30 days if:

  • - You have proof of purchase
  • - Items are genuine Pandora items
  • - Items were purchased from the official Pandora online store: au.pandora.net
  • - Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold)
  • - Items are returned within 30 days of date of purchase

 

Items purchased online may be returned in any Australian Pandora Concept Stores or directly through Pandora’s online store. Pandora Concept stores can be located at stores.pandora.net and are identified as a “Pandora STORE”.

RETURNS OF AFTERPAY, ALIPAY, WECHAT PAY AND PANDORA ONLINE STORE PURCHASES


Afterpay, Alipay or WeChat Pay purchases made instore: Items purchased instore using Afterpay, Alipay or WeChat Pay may only be exchanged or returned at the original store of purchase.
 

Afterpay purchases from online store: Items purchased online using Afterpay may only be returned by post directly to Pandora’s online store, please contact aunzsupport.pandora.net for a free returns label.


Online store purchases: Items purchased online (excluding Afterpay purchases) may be returned in any Australian Pandora Concept Store or directly through Pandora’s online store. Please visit here for full online store terms and conditions.

 

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

 

If you received a gift with the purchase of your product and wish to return the gift or product for a refund because you have changed your mind, both the gift and the product must be returned unless the total value of the Products not returned and purchased as part of the same transaction is equal to or greater than the amount that you were required to spend in order to be eligible for the gift.   Please refer to individual Promotional Terms and Conditions.


FAULTY ITEMS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION


If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under the terms of Pandora’s warranty provided with your purchase OR the Australian Consumer Law.

You have other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law:

ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND


Pandora will exchange or refund any items purchased within 30 days if:
• You have proof of purchase*
• Items are genuine Pandora items
• Items were purchased in an Australian Pandora Concept Store**
• Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold)
• Items are returned within 30 days of date of purchase
*Proof of purchase in the form of a gift receipt, will be eligible for an exchange, or refund onto a Pandora Gift Card.
**Items purchased at Pandora Outlet Stores may only be returned to the original store of purchase.
