To take control of your Pandora deliveries, we recommend registering with MyPost by Australia Post. With your free and personal MyPost account, you can track and redirect your parcels via the MyPost app, email or SMS.
- With MyPost Safe Drop, you can ask Australia Post to leave deliveries in a safe place at your nominated delivery address.
- Please be advised that certain types of addresses (e.g. PO Boxes, 24/7 Parcel Lockers, business addresses, apartments etc.) are unsuitable for this service.

DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days from the order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that business days do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any Public Holidays.
During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.
ORDER PACKAGING
As part of our sustainability commitments, Sustainable Packaging will be the default shipping option for all Pandora Online orders. Without gift packaging, multiple items will be fitted in one box without gift bag or gift note.
You may also choose your FREE gift packaging option at check out. When this option is chosen at checkout, your gifts will be individually placed in a our signature Pandora box with a gift bag and printed gift message.
Our gift packaging includes:

• A personalised printed gift message
For alternative gifting purposes, you may purchase one of our premium Pink or White Gift Packaging. For A$9.95, this gift packaging option includes gift bag, tissue paper, and gift note. The gift box can fit up to 2 bracelet boxes or 4 charm boxes. Please note, your products will not be packaged inside the Gift Box for delivery.
