The Department of Fire and Emergency Services has advised the extreme weather in Perth is unlikely to improve over the next 48 hours. In response, additional deliveries are planned for Saturday 6 February to deliver delayed items.
Australia post are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes due to adverse weather conditions:
6430, 6700 – 6799 (flooding)
6069, 6084, parts of 6083, 6560, 6558 (bushfire)

Whilst we strive to process your order and ship as quickly as possible, we unfortunately have no influence on external providers' delayed delivery times.
As an online customer, you have the option of standard or express shipping. Gift cards are only shipped via standard shipping and are not tracked. Costs and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined below:

Delivery time depends on the delivery address and whether you select standard or express post. As our orders go with Australia Post, we are unable to make any guarantees as to expected delivery time-frames.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, orders can take up to 20 business days to arrive in Victoria. We apologise for any delays.
Please note, there may be up to 5 days delay for standard shipping and up to 2 days delay for express shipping due to COVID-19 restrictions.
A signature is required on delivery for all Pandora orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel.
