NSW Extended Returns Online Policy
Due to the lockdown in NSW, we will be extending the returns & exchange policy. If you have placed an order from NSW from the 1st of June onwards, we will honour your return until 30 days after the NSW lockdown has been lifted. Items purchased using Afterpay/PayPal/Apple Pay must be returned to the online store for refund. Items purchased after lockdown in NSW has been lifted are subject to our regular returns and exchange policy.


 

How to return or exchange Items bought online if you have changed your mind


If you purchased online from au.pandora.net and then change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you can return or exchange your genuine Pandora items that are in a saleable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) in accordance with Pandora’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy. Shipping charges are not included in refunds for change of mind.

If you change your mind you can return your online order to us via post for a full refund by following these steps:

1) You can return your online order by simply filling out the returns form found here https://return.auspost.com.au/PANDORA.
2) Pack your goods in the original Pandora gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative.
3) Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel.
4) Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email. Please allow 14 business days for your return to make its way back to Pandora.
5) Within 5 business days of receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email advising that your item(s) have been received and processed.
6) At any time you may go ahead and place another order for your preferred items.

Depending on the payment method used when placing your order, you may be able to return or exchange your item/s in a Pandora concept store if you have changed your mind.

 

To return or exchange eligible item/s in store, please visit any Pandora concept store within 30 days of purchase with the item/s you would like to return and your online order confirmation email or online order number.

Applicable refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original transaction. A credit card payment can only be refunded back onto the same credit card, PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal, Apple Pay payments will be refunded via Apple Pay, Afterpay purchases will be refunded by Afterpay and purchases made using Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards will be reimbursed onto a new e-Gift Card.

Payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Purchases from the online store using PayPal or Applepay: Items purchased online using PayPal or Apple Pay may only be returned by post directly to Pandora’s online store, please contact aunzsupport.pandora.net for a free returns label. You may be able to exchange your item/s in a Pandora concept store for items purchased using PayPal or Apple Pay if the exchange if for an item of equivalent or greater value, or be offered a Pandora Gift Card.


Purchase from the online store using credit card or gift card: You may return or exchange your items in any Pandora concept store or by post directly to Pandora’s online store, please contact aunzsupport.pandora.net for a free returns label.


Gift receipts are not available for online purchases. If your unwanted gift was an online order, you will need to obtain the confirmation email from the gift giver before initiating a return.


If you believe your genuine Pandora items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under the terms of Pandora’s voluntary warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law.
