CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

 

NSW Extended Returns In Store Policy
Due to the lockdown in NSW, we will be extending the returns & exchange policy. If you have placed an order from NSW from the 1st of June onwards, we will honour your return until 30 days after the NSW lockdown has been lifted. Items purchased using Afterpay /Apple Pay must be returned to the original store of purchase for refund. Items purchased after lockdown in NSW has been lifted are subject to our regular returns and exchange policy.

 

VIC Extended Returns In store Policy

Due to the lockdown in VIC, we will be extending the returns & exchange policy. If you have placed an order from VIC from the 6th of July onwards, we will honour your return until 30 days after the VIC lockdown has been lifted. Items purchased using Afterpay/PayPal/Apple Pay must be returned to the store of purchase. Items purchased after lockdown in VIC has been lifted are subject to our regular returns and exchange policy.

 

ACT Extended Returns In store Policy

Due to the lockdown in ACT, we will be extending the returns & exchange policy. If you have placed an order from ACT from the 13th of July onwards, we will honour your return until 30 days after the ACT lockdown has been lifted. Items purchased using Afterpay/PayPal/Apple Pay must be returned to the store of purchase. Items purchased after lockdown in ACT has been lifted are subject to our regular returns and exchange policy.

 
How to return or exchange Items bought in store if you have changed your mind.
Items purchased in store must be returned in store.


If you purchased from a Pandora concept store and then change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you can return or exchange your genuine Pandora items that are in a saleable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) in accordance with Pandora’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy  Items purchased in store must be returned in store.

To return or exchange your item/s, please visit any Pandora concept store within 30 days of purchase with the item/s you would like to return because you have changed your mind and your proof of purchase or gift receipt.


Applicable refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original transaction. A credit card payment can only be refunded back onto the same credit card, Afterpay purchases will be refunded by Afterpay and purchases made using Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards will be reimbursed onto a Gift Card.  Items purchased in store using Afterpay may only be exchanged or returned at the original store of purchase. For full terms & conditions please visit pandora.net/afterpay. Payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have purchased online using Apple Pay or PayPal, we will gladly offer you a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange if you change your mind. We regret that our Pandora Concept stores are unable to process a refund for Apple Pay or PayPal. 
If you have purchased instore using an Ultimate Style Gift Card, we will gladly offer you a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange if you change your mind. 
 

Afterpay, Alipay and WeChatpay purchases: Items purchased instore using Alipay or WeChat Pay may only be exchanged or returned to the original store of purchase.

Items purchased in store using Afterpay may be exchanged or returned at any Pandora store with one exception. Afterpay purchases at DFO Homebush and DFO South Wharf must be returned to the store of purchase. 

Pandora stockists may have their own change of mind returns and exchanges policy. If you purchased from a Pandora stockist and would like to return or exchange an item, please contact your store of purchase to find out more.

 

 

ENGRAVED ITEMS
 


Pandora do not offer exchanged or refunds for engraved products if you change your mind and later decide you don't like or want the product. Our change of mind policy does not apply to engraved products.


 

FAULTY ITEMS


If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement under the terms of Pandora’s Warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law.
