CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES 
 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT IN-STORE IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND. 
*Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store.

If you purchased from a Pandora concept store* and then change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you can return or exchange your genuine Pandora items that are in a saleable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) in accordance with Pandora’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy  Items purchased in-store must be returned in store.

Some independent franchised Pandora Concept Stores may not be able to accept return or exchange for items purchased online or from another Pandora Concept Store. Please contact Pandora Customer Experience or your original store of purchase for return or exchange in such instances.

To return or exchange your item/s, please visit any Pandora concept store within 30 days of purchase with the item/s you would like to return because you have changed your mind and your proof of purchase or gift receipt.


Applicable refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original transaction. A credit card payment can only be refunded back onto the same credit card, and purchases made using Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards will be reimbursed onto a Gift Card.  Payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have purchased online using Apple Pay or PayPal, we will gladly offer you a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange if you change your mind. We regret that our Pandora Concept stores are unable to process a refund for Apple Pay or PayPal. 
If you have purchased in-store using an Ultimate Style Gift Card, we will gladly offer you a Pandora Gift Card or a product exchange if you change your mind. 

 

Afterpay, Alipay and WeChatpay purchases: Items purchased instore using Alipay or WeChat Pay may only be exchanged or returned to the original store of purchase.

Afterpay purchases will be refunded by Afterpay.  Items purchased in-store using Afterpay may be exchanged or returned at any Pandora store with one exception. Afterpay purchases at the following stores must be returned to the store of purchase:

DFO Essendon
DFO Harbour Town
DFO Homebush
DFO Perth
DFO South Wharf

Pandora stockists may have their own change of mind returns and exchanges policy. If you purchased from a Pandora stockist and would like to return or exchange an item, please contact your store of purchase to find out more.
 



DAVID JONES X PANDORA CHANGE OF MIND, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPAIRS POLICY
 

If you change your mind, items excluding any Pandora Gift Card and engraved item may be returned for 
a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have proof of purchase with receipt from David Jones
  • Items are genuine Pandora Items
  • Items are in saleable condition
  • Items are returned within 30 days

Any Pandora item purchased from David Jones can only be returned to the David Jones location where 
the item was purchased. If you have proof of purchase in the form of a gift receipt, you may be eligible 
for an exchange only. Refunds may only be given in the same form as the original payment. Refund or 
exchange will be subject to David Jones policy.

PANDORA ENGRAVED ITEMS
Pandora does not offer exchanges or refunds for engraved items if you change your mind and later 
decide you don’t like or want them. Pandora’s change of mind policy does not apply to engraved items.

FAULTY ITEMS
For faulty items, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the terms of Pandora’s Warranty 
provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law. Please return 
any faulty item to the David Jones location where the item was purchased. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT REPAIRS
Pandora does not provide repair facilities or spare parts, or offer any repair to any Pandora product. If 
you have purchased a genuine Pandora item which is faulty, you may choose to have it repaired 
elsewhere during the Warranty Period and Pandora will pay you reasonable costs of the repair.
You have other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Pandora’s Warranty is provided 
in addition to your right. 
 



ENGRAVED ITEMS

Pandora does not offer exchanges or refunds for engraved products if you change your mind and later decide you don't like or want the product. Our change of mind policy does not apply to engraved products.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement under the terms of Pandora’s Warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law.
